How long does it take to receive my lettering?
Orders are despatched within 24 hours, Mon - Fri. All orders are sent via Australia Post. We will notify you if there will be any delay in despatch. Please note we do not deliver on weekends. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, 10 business days for international orders. See Shipping for more information.

I would like to use a different font than what you have available.
No problem. We have 1000's to choose from! Simply let us know the Font you require.

How will I know what my lettering will look like?
You can preview all lettering online before you buy. This means you know exactly what your lettering will look like before you 
purchase.

Can you produce my artwork/logo in vinyl?
On most occasions, yes. You may send your artwork to us as an attachment. Our experienced design staff will let you know if we      
can successfully reproduce your artwork and if so, get back to you with a quote.

What is the largest size lettering you cut?
56cm in height.

How long does the vinyl last for?
The vinyl has a outdoor life expectancy of 7 years under normal weather conditions. We use the highest quality vinyl available and it should not peel, crack or fade during this period. You may find that the vinyl usually outlasts the 7-year expectancy.

Can I re-use the lettering or graphics once they are removed?
No. Once the vinyl is removed, it is not reusable.

Is vinyl easy to remove?
Yes! Simply heat the vinyl with a heat gun or hairdryer and slowly peel.

Is it easy to apply the vinyl?
Most people find the process simple. All lettering comes pre-spaced on the one sheet and application is usually straightforward. Step   
by step instructions are supplied with your order just in case.       

What surfaces will the vinyl stick to?
Vinyl will stick to plastic, glass, metal, painted surfaces and wood, providing it's dry, smooth and free from dust and dirt.
