We take due care that your goods leave our warehouse in perfect condition. However, if your goods arrive damaged, please return for a full refund or replacement. Items must be returned in original packaging within 10 days.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned for a refund (custom-made orders and postage not included).

Orders are despatched within 24 hours, Mon - Fri. All orders are sent via Australia Post. We will notify you if there will be any delay in despatch. Please note we do not deliver on Weekends. Please allow up to 5 business days for delivery, 10 business days for international orders.
